We're getting married!!

Luke and I were both at a good place, ready to find love again! I had heard about the ever growing trend of online dating and decided to give it a try. I went through every high and low that comes with online dating! There were weeks when I was sure I'd found the right guy, and other weeks when I had deleted my dating apps altogether. But being out of school and on the job hunt made finding love to be very daunting. So still I continued on my apps... Out of the various conversations I had (on Tinder of all the dreaded places), Luke's was the most sincere and genuine. So of course I didn't fall for him right away! In fact, I cancelled his first invitation out on a date. He was so sweet, that I reconsidered and followed up with him to reschedule. Here comes the day of our date (second attempt) and I am struck with a cold. He kindly offers to reschedule since I'm not feeling well, but I insist and take my dosage of DayQuil to head out. I like a man with a plan. He had planned out our entire date, when most others didn't know where to start. He booked reservations at this fancy little hole in the wall, within downtown Fullerton. A true family-owned Italian restaurant. I remember walking up and seeing his smiling face. We head into this quaint restaurant and decide to share a plate of cioppino. The server asks for our drink selection and Luke mimics my choice of wine--Malbec of course! We talk and I'm surprised at how much he makes me laugh. (He tells me later that he was nervous and his only hope to keep the conversation going was to ask me all the questions.) Along comes dessert, and the server is quick to up-sell us! The night goes on and it becomes more and more difficult to say goodbye.
