What it means:
A mix between black tie and formal.
Men: A tuxedo is welcome, but a dark suit with a conservative tie or bow tie is also acceptable.
Women: A floor-length gown, fancy cocktail dress.
We also kindly ask that you refrain from any strong perfume/colognes.
