Shuttles and Travel in Lake Como For the day of the wedding, a shuttle service will be taking people to and from our designated pick-up locations. Pick up: 4.10pm Como + Cernobbio to Villa Erba (outside the gate) Drop off: 1.00am Cernobbio Villa Erba (outside the gate) to Cernobbio + Como The assigned pick up locations are Harry's Bar (In Cernobbio) Piazza Risorgimento, 2, 22012 Cernobbio CO, Italy Piazza Giacomo Matteotti (In Como) Piazza Giacomo Matteotti, 6, 22100 Como CO, Italy If you need a taxi to take you somewhere, the best thing to do is book a cab in advance since they are limited in Lake Como. Here are some websites where you can do this: www.transfeero.com https://www.bellagiotaxi.com https://lakecomotransfers.com/ Here you can schedule rides and this is highly recommended if you will need a ride into the night. If you need to call a cab do not use uber. There are about 4 ubers in all of Lake Como and they are likely to continuously cancel your ride. Instead you need to call a cab service. Radio Taxi Como is the best service to use while in Como. Call the number and you’ll be transferred to someone who will ask you for your location to be picked up at. The best way to call a cab is through your hotel concierge, if possible. If you're not staying at a hotel, jump in one, hand the concierge some euros and have them call one for you. This is also possible at restaurants but does not work quite as well. Hotel concierge is still the best way to call a cab but sometimes if you need one late night it wont work. Travel Suggestions

As our venues are located in the town of Cernobbio at Lake Como, we highly recommend choosing your hotel or Air BNB in the town of Cernobbio as well. For a more cost-friendly alternative, you also have the option to stay in the town of Como (~10 min drive away). Taxis and Ubers are unreliable and could make your commutes more complicated but we will arrange transfers for our wedding events. Please refer to the Travel Info tab for more information. Our main pick-up point will be by Harry's Bar on the lakefront for cernobbio and Piazza Giacomo Matteotti for Como. Coaches will be picking up guests from these locations. If you'd like to take our shuttle, it would help to stay walking distance from the pickup point. If not, we highly recommend suggesting your hotel concierge to set up your taxis when needed or to book a private transfer in advance.
