Matron of Honor
Sophia is my cousin from my dad's side but above all, she's my confidante, my best friend, my travel companion and partner in crime. We're each other's enablers (especially when it comes to traveling...), and she's the one that I always go to for advice. I know, believe it or not, she does have a serious side and does give sound advice :D. We're silly together and I love her so. No way I'm walking down the isle without her!
Groomsman
One of Kensey's OG friend from his hometown, Greenwood. He has been a late-night partner-in-crime, a neighbor, and an active philosophical debater. This blossoming bromance eventually evolved to in "man-dates" to exotic places like Saskatoon Wild Game and other fine establishments like Red Lobster.
Maid of Honor
Best friend from college and she is practically family to me. In fact, when my family "abandoned" me one Christmas to go back to Vietnam to visit family (LOL), I spent all Christmas with her family <3
Best Man
He's the groom's brother. They have been drinking buddies, roommates, best friends, and at times inseparable and other times insufferable. He has be instrumental in shaping the person Kensey has become with all his sarcastic wit and culinary skills. Mostly this is attributed through late nights listening to music together, the sarcastic jokes said about one another, or even the food experiments that they cooked together.
Bridesmaid
aka Lil' Wang. Su and I knew each other from college. We bicker like sisters. You'll see it ;). She's been my rock and I couldn't walk down the isle with her by my side.
Groomsman
Sagar and I met each other through work of all places. I was the new kid on the block and he welcomed me into the fold of the new position and company with open arms. We were always willing to talk about everything from work to any active interests (cooking/brewing and traveling). He's become a very close friend and person to confide in.
Bridesmaid
Queena and I have known each other since college. Sophia and I were sitting in Psychology class right in front of her and we were talking about her in Vietnamese thinking she doesn't understand us. HA, wrong! Talk about awkward situation. Fortunately, we got along just fine, were roommates in college and then took a 3 months trip backpacking Asia together. Pretty sure if it wasn't for Queena, Sophia and I would have gotten in A LOT of trouble during that trip.
Groomsman
Hank and I met through Yen, and have been good friends since. He's quirky, loyal, and always competitive about every game in life. He is always will to help and has been an active negotiator for the car's in Yen's and my life. One day, Hank and I will eventually have joint custody of a Subaru WRX STI, (Don't tell Yen ;)).
