When should I RSVP by?

August 20th is the deadline for RSVP!!! So RSVP as soon as you can!!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

At least 15 minutes early to the wedding ceremony. You don’t want to be walking in in the middle of the ceremony.

Yes, please let us know by the end of August with your RSVP

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony and reception are located at Our Lady of Vietnam Catholic Church which has its own parking lot.

Unless otherwise noted on your invitation, no.

Is there a dress code?

Yes. SemiFormal for the tea and church ceremony. Cocktail for the reception.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are definitely welcome, but there is no designated day care. Kids must be supervised by guardian.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Unfortunately no.

What to do in-between wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

Generally the wedding party will be taking their photos after the wedding ceremony. Guests can go back to their homes/air bnb/hotel and relax and change. If not, there are plenty of areas where guests can hangout and try local snacks like boba tea. We’re also working on a cocktail/game hour in between so our people that does not want to leave can stay, have fun, and socialize before the reception.

Will there be alcohol served?

Answer

Yes! There will be beer, wine, and champagne served at the reception. Due to the venue being on church property, no hard liquor will be served.

Is smoking allowed at the venue?

Answer

We prefer no smoking in general, but there will be a designated smoking area near the reception venue.
