Our story began with a first date in Mystic, Connecticut. Tyler, being the true gentleman he is, walked to the front door to escort Hayley to his car, narrowly missing an introduction to her very vocal family dog and her parents’ curious glances. After an initial hello, Hayley blurted out the first thing that came to mind: ‘Wow, you have a really deep voice'. Dinner at The Mariner set the tone for the night. Tyler carried the conversation with ease while Hayley nervously dropped her silverware (more than once) and stumbled over her words. She was already taken by his charm, kindness, and professionally-verified model good looks. Afterward, they drove around Mason’s Island. Tyler pointed out various constellations through the sunroof of his Mazda while romantic music played softly. He quietly hoped this would woo Hayley and the night might end with her phone number. After all, this was a Bumble date. He eventually got it… ten dates later. For every date, Hayley offered one digit. Along the way were unforgettable moments: watching the sunrise in Jamestown, axe throwing while mushrooms rot in the trunk of Tyler's car, a cliffside picnic interrupted by an exploding lighter, and even Tyler pointing out the exact spot where he hoped to propose someday.
