9:00 pm - 11:45 pm
Welcome to Honolulu! We understand that most guests will be arriving on Friday the 17th. With that in mind, we invite everyone to come out with us to explore Honolulu's night life in the Chinatown district. We will be starting our adventure at Manifest (https://www.manifesthawaii.com/) at 9:00 PM. From then onwards we will hop around exploring the various bars in the area and find out who has the best Mai Tai. We hope to see you there!
8:00 am
We won't have any formal programming on Saturday as we look to tidy up things ahead of Monday. However, we highly encourage you to go do something amazing to share with us on Sunday and Monday. Honolulu offers a variety of options from leisurely cocktails on the beach to action packed days of hiking, surfing, snorkeling and more. Bonus points to anyone daring enough to try shark diving!

We are happy to announce that we are hosting a boat cruise. Due to space limitations, we will depart in two separate groups. We will provide for drinks and snacks. We are also renting some scuba equipment, so come prepared to dive into the ocean! If that's not your thing, feel free to lounge on the boat and enjoy the views from the water and good times with friends. You can find your assigned group from the PDF document we sent separately to your email. Additionally, please see the relevant address for where the boat will board. We kindly ask that you arrive 20 minutes early to ensure a timely departure as we only have limited time on the water. Please make sure to arrive 10 minutes early, so that we can proceed with timely starting the ceremony, and we can get to the extra fun part afterwards. There is no seating chart for the ceremony portion, so please feel free to sit where ever you'd like.
10:45 am - 11:45 am
After the Ceremony, we will head over to the reception area which will open with a cocktail hour and a few small bites. To start, we will share a round of special "G&T" inspired drinks (Aperol Gin and Tonics and Guava [and Tequlila] Margaritas) for you to enjoy. We will be making ourselves available for pictures during this time, so please come get your pictures with Gi in her full Wedding Dress before she quickly changes into a slightly easier one to party and dance in. Please also make sure to check in to get your extra three cocktail tickets on us (and if you are in a very festive mood, we will have Gin and Tequila available in our hotel rooms as well).
11:45 am - 3:00 pm
Lunch - 11:45AM-12:45PM Once the cocktail hour completes, we will sit down for lunch, which will include a salad and full entre. We will also begin our formal reception events, including the grand entrances and toasts. As lunch concludes, we will complete the formal reception events with the cake cutting ceremony, bouquet toss and end with the First Dance. Party Time - 12:45PM-3:00PM As the First Dance ends, we will invite everyone to the dance floor to get the party going. The bar will open throughout, so please make sure to make use of your drink tickets (and again if you are feeling more drinks, there will be Gin and Tequila available in our hotel room).

After the formal wedding ends, we encourage everyone to go get a quick rest in and change into some more comfortable attire. We then encourage everyone to come meet us at Kahala Beach where we can enjoy our last evening together.
