When is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
We will be sending our formal wedding invitations out in April. Please RSVP by May 1st so we have an accurate headcount.
Question
What time should I arrive?
Answer
Earliest guest arrival at Nestldown is 3:30 PM. The ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 PM. While we strongly recommend taking the provided shuttles (see below), if you decide to drive, please budget plenty of time as Nestldown is somewhat remote and afternoon Bay Area traffic can be unpredictable. Will transportation to and from the venue be provided?

Yes! We have arranged round-trip shuttle transportation between two Los Gatos hotels and Nestldown. We strongly encourage guests to take advantage of the shuttle service so you can relax, celebrate with us fully, and get home safely. Pick-Up to Nestldown Friday, June 12, 2026 Best Western Los Gatos 55 Los Gatos Saratoga Road, Los Gatos, CA 95032 Shuttles depart at 2:45 PM Hotel Los Gatos 210 E Main Street, Los Gatos, CA 95030 Shuttles depart at 3:00 PM Shuttles will arrive at Nestldown around 3:30 PM. Please be ready to board a few minutes before your listed departure time, as shuttles will leave promptly. Return Shuttles At the end of the evening, shuttles will depart Nestldown at approximately 9:45 PM following the couple's grand exit. Return shuttles will make the following stops: 1. Second Story — after-party location 15 N Santa Cruz Ave, Los Gatos, CA 95030 2. Best Western Los Gatos 3. Hotel Los Gatos Guests who would like to attend the after party are welcome to take the shuttle to Second Story. The after-party location is about a 10-minute walk from Hotel Los Gatos. If you are not staying at one of the Los Gatos hotels listed above, we recommend parking at or ride-sharing to one of the shuttle hotels and then riding to Nestldown in one of the provided shuttles. Please note that, due to Nestldown’s remote location, ride-share apps will not be available for the return trip at the end of the evening.

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
While there is limited parking at Nestldown, we strongly recommend taking the provided shuttles (please see above), as the drive to the venue is difficult and involves winding residential mountain roads.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Our wedding dress code is garden party formal. Florals are warmly welcomed, and we encourage guests to embrace joyful, summery hues, including vibrant tones and soft pastels. Kindly refrain from wearing white. Our celebration will bring together Western and Indian traditions. With this in mind, we welcome guests to wear either Western or Indian apparel. Ladies: Please wear a long (i.e. tea-length or longer) cocktail dress, gown, or formal Indian attire. Gentlemen: Please wear a suit or formal Indian attire. If you wear a suit, colorful ties are encouraged!

Is the wedding venue outdoors?
Answer
Yes, Nestldown is an outdoor redwood grove with some graveled and lawn areas. The ceremony is down a set of steps, and dinner will be held on the lawn. With this in mind, we recommend choosing shoes that are comfortable. It looks like it will be quite a warm weekend. Please don't forget sunglasses and sunscreen!

Can I take pictures with my phone and/or camera during your wedding?
Answer
It is important to us to have a present, unplugged wedding ceremony, so please refrain from taking photos/videos and using your phone, camera, or other devices during our ceremony. Feel free to take photos and videos afterwards!

Will there be an after party?
Answer
Yes! For those who want to keep the party going, we will be going out to Second Story (15 N Santa Cruz Ave, Los Gatos, CA 95030) after the wedding.
