The bride's top choice for a family-oriented afternoon. A modern science museum with something for the whole family from the full permanent exhibit halls to the seasonal showcases. It costs a pretty penny to get in, but once you do you can spend hours exploring the halls and find yourself learning a thing or 2 in the process.

The classic zoo for the classic family outing. Perfect for the kids and animal lovers alike and budget friendly, which is always a plus.
The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza
A museum outlining the presidency and assassination of President Kennedy. Located in the building that Lee Harvey Oswald shot and killed the president and a few minutes walk away from the grassy knoll, this is an entralling bit of recent history that is a must for any history buff.
