Yes they are, Carnival offers Kids Camp Programs for ages 2-18. Please see their website.

Do I need a passport to cruise?

Answer

Having a passport is a good idea but not required to leave and return onto the same US port. A birth certificate and Real ID are needed.

When is the payment due?

Final payment is due around Nov. 27, 2022. The gratuities ($14 per person/day) can be prepaid early or will be due on the last day of sailing.
