When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 1 using the QR code on your invitation or by clicking on the RSVP tab.

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the Pen Ryn Mansion by 5:15 pm to get seated for the ceremony. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30 pm.

Question

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

We will be providing a complimentary roundtrip shuttle between the Hilton at Penn’s Landing and our wedding venue, Pen Ryn Mansion. If you’d like to take the shuttle, please be outside the hotel no later than 4:30pm for pickup. Return shuttles will begin departing the venue after the reception ends at 11pm to bring guests back to the hotel.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue if you choose to drive yourself. Please follow the directions of the parking attendant when arriving to the venue. If you are driving, please use the following address: 1601 State Rd Bensalem, PA 19020

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The recommended dress code for the wedding is formal attire (tea-length to floor length dresses, jumpsuits, or pantsuits for women, suits for men).

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors. The cocktail hour and reception will take place indoors.

What if there are not more hotel room blocks available?

Answer

Please reach out to Tammy or Matthew if there are no more available rooms in the room block. We will do our best to get more rooms added.

Can you accommodate any dietary restrictions for dinner?

Answer

Please indicate if you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies when RSVPing for your entree so we can coordinate with the caterer.
