Tammie and Boo met 38 years ago when Tammie was called to babysit. They instantly found a connection, and became the best of friends. As time moved forward respect turned to romance and they have been inseparable since then. They share a love of family, travel, entertaining, concerts, and fine dining. One of their favorite shared activities is hosting familial holiday celebrations with their shared 8 children. Being a loving father and friend, Boo surprised everyone (especially Tammie), Christmas 2020 when he dropped to his knee and proposed at the family dinner. After a shocked pause Tammie gleefully and tearfully accepted, much to the delight of everyone present.
