We only have the room for 30 minutes, so this will be a short and sweet exchange. Professional pictures will be for reserved for family only, but please feel free to bring your cameras for after the ceremony!

Lunch at China Poblano

UPDATE!! Sorry for last minute update, but ultimately we decided that going the AirBnB route was going to be too difficult to coordinate with everyone. So, we have reservations for 40 people on Saturday at 11am at China Poblano. This is one of our absolute FAVORITE restaurants in Las Vegas and is located in The Cosmopolitan. The chef's name is Jose Andres and it is a Mexican/Chinese fusion restaurant. We have worked with them to come up with a semi-family style smaller menu (to make it easier on them) that has included options for everyone (vegetarian, no pork, etc). Reservation is 11AM, but 1045AM for those moving slow ;) We will be paying for everyone's food, but any additional menu items (food or beverage) will be on your own tab. We do understand if this isn't up everyone's alleys- so if you'd like to decline in joining us for lunch that is absolutely A-OK! Plans after lunch are unclear as of right now, and will likely be decided that day (but most likely a pool somewhere!).
