Sophia and Justin went on their first date in 2022, but they knew of each other long before then (sort of). Back in high school, they shared a junior history class, sitting on opposite sides of the room. While Sophia couldn’t help but notice the cute guy sitting a few rows across from her, Justin had no idea about his admirer and focused on his schoolwork, as they both should have. After graduating in 2017, Sophia earned her BFA in Graphic and Animation Design and Minor in Communication Studies, while Justin took college courses at Northern Virginia Community College and built his career working for a millwork company. One day, Sophia was casually scrolling through Facebook when she saw that her high school crush had been recommended as “Someone You May Know.” To her surprise and amusement, she thought to herself, “Oooo, I remember him! 😏” and quickly sent him a friend request. A few minutes later, Justin accepted and messages began to fly and sparks started to flicker. However, that suddenly came to a pause when Justin admitted he had no memory of her…(rude). Luckily, he swiftly made up for it by asking her on a date for the following week. Three years, countless laughs, and one engagement later, they’re ready to tie the knot, and they couldn’t be more excited to celebrate with you. And the rest is history!
