Prepaid parking for wedding guest located at 1701 Lucas Ave St. Louis, MO 63103. There will be a Windows on Washington shuttle bus in the parking lot to bring guest to the wedding venue. If the shuttle is not there when you arrive, give it 5 mins to return.
