After putting off on finding love but focusing on establishing life as they saw fit, fate brought Tamika and Kentrell together. On this day in April of 2018, while they were both working, they crossed paths. Kentrell took it upon himself to give Tamika his number, showing that he had an interest in her and left the ball in her court to make the first move because he knew she was shy. Surprisingly, Tamika took the leap of faith and made that call, and life was beginning to take some twist and turns. In May of 2018, Tamika grandmother unfortunately passed and Kentrell was there to console her. It was at this time Tamika saw how smart, strong, loving and understanding Kentrell was. It wasn't until June 2018 that Kentrell and Tamika took their first official date at Mustang Alley's. They began to spend more and more time together and late night phone calls which allowed our feels for one another to grow even stronger. It was only right that they thought it was time to introduce their kids to one another because they saw a long term commitment with each other. Fast forward 3 years on January 15,2022 Kentrell made Tamika the happiest woman alive by proposing. Tamika so happy to be taking this journey with him! I HAVE MY MAN!!!! I will officially be Mrs. Butler on August 27,2023!
