Maid of Honor
My younger sister and best friend. Kaia always makes me laugh and always shows up for me. We Facetime for hours when we're apart and loving being together. We watch shows together, team up during board games, and can always make each other laugh. I was so happy when she agreed to being my maid of honor as I couldn't imagine anyone else standing right next to me on that day. A quote that comes to mind that explains what Kaia means to me: “She is my sister and therefore one half of me” - The Other Boleyn Girl
Best Man
My younger brother. Though we love to tease each other and compete in games, I have so appreciated our bond and how much we care for each other. I know he's always got my back, and I'm so honored to call him my brother and my friend. I'm so grateful to have him by my side.
Bridesmaid
The best way to describe my relationship with Melissa is through Exodus 17 when Aaron and Hur hold Moses' arms up when he cant hold them up any longer. Melissa is my steadfast sister in Christ who has so many times had faith for me when I couldn't see the good God had coming. She has held my arms up for me in prayer, cried with me, laughed with me, challenged me, and always pushed me not to settle for less than what God has. She is the one who encouraged me to wait for what God had put on my heart for the type of man that God had promised me. I am overjoyed to have such a faithful friend standing with me on my wedding day and so grateful for the ways God will continue that cherished friendship in the years to come!
Groomsman
I'm so grateful to have Jared as a friend. We met through doing projection together at church and have been close friends since. Whether it's playing Mario Kart, board games, or taste-testing French fries, I'm so thankful to have him as a friend and groomsman.
Bridesmaid
Hannah and I met the first week of my second year at University of Idaho. However, we really bonded the next year through iMessage games and staying up late in the dorms. Especially when we realized we grew up loving a lot of the same movies (like Barbie). We've seen each other go through a lot in the last 7.5 years and God has kept us close. I'm really grateful to have someone who has seen the good and bad sides of the last 7 years, as well as incredibly grateful for her steadfast support and the heart she has for everyone she loves. I'm very lucky to be one of those people. I love being in her corner and rooting for her. I cherish her presence as someone who does the same for me! I am so excited to have her standing with me on such a special day and so excited for the years of friendship ahead.
Groomsman
Jordan and I met through serving at church, and I've enjoyed his friendship since. We love to "talk shop", whether it's computer programming, church tech, or sending random memes to each other. Jordan is a close friend to both Tamiara and I, and we are both very grateful to have him in our lives and in our wedding.
Bridesmaid
Chelsea is my cousin and we spent so much time together as children and into our teenage years. We were two peas in a pod for a lot of those years. Life has taken us in different directions but that bond of deep and fierce love for each other developed in those years remains fully intact. We have always wanted the best for each other and always rooted deeply for each other to find that best. I always know that I can go to Chelsea and tell her anything. I have imagined her next to me on my wedding day for as long as I have imagined my wedding day. I'm delighted to be having that childhood dream come true and for her to get to be with us on that day!
Groomsman
Caleb and I met through mutual friends at church and have bonded over both laughing together and helping each other through difficult times. We love to share memes about almost anything and enjoy playing video and board games together. I'm grateful to have Caleb as a friend and groomsman.
