When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask everyone to RSVP by August 15, 2025 so we can make sure we have enough food and seating for everyone. We do understand plans change so if something happens and you need to change your RSVP please let us know as soon as possible.

Where should we stay?

We have reserved a block of rooms with Staybridge Suites in Lakeland. It is approximately 15 minutes away from our venue. Will there be alcohol served or allowed at the wedding?

Answer

We will not be serving alcohol at the wedding and reception. We are choosing to have an alcohol free reception. Thank you for respecting our request.

We will be serving a BBQ style buffet.

Are children invited?

Of course children are invited and parents will be required to supervise their child(ren). OUr venue is a working ranch and personal property.

Will the festivities be inside or outside?

Answer

Our plans are for the ceremony to occur outside and our reception will take place inside. However, we will be flexible due to Florida weather.

Will there be hotels or lodging?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not be reserving hotels or lodging. We hope you find a nice play to stay nearby if you choose to stay the night.

Can I post photos on social media?

Answer

Yes! Please share photos of the big day. We are honored to have you there. We will have an online album the day of for you to drop your photos so we can see them after the wedding.
