Welcome Event - Luau

5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Pack your best tropical shirt - it’s Luau Night! 🌴 A Luau is a traditional Hawaiian celebration that brings people together for food, music, and entertainment. It’s all about community, joy, and the “aloha spirit.” From hotel: Check-in for the Wailele Lū'au is located at our Aloha Pavilion. This is on the south side of our property, as you walk through the Valley Alley game room. Please follow the directional signage to guide you to our location. We welcome you to enjoy and soak in the beauty of the resort before the evening’s festivities begin. To avoid excessive wait times in line, please note that seating at the Aloha Pavilion begins at 5pm.

Golf

10:00 am - 4:00 pm

We’ve arranged two tee times (8 golfers total) at the course by our venue to make the occasion extra special.

Wedding Ceremony

5:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Dress Code: Formal Attire

Meet at hotel lobby at 5 pm for transportation to the venue, which starts at 5:30 pm. The ceremony will be held at a golf course during sunset. Ladies, we will be providing high heel protectors so you don't sink on the grass!
