Will the ceremony and reception be in the same place?
Answer
Yes, both the ceremony and the reception will be held at the same location. The walk from the ceremony area to the reception is about 150ft.

What’s your color pallet?
Answer
We are using wine, charcoal grey, and gold accents. We are asking no one wear white, black, or red.

What do guests wear?
Answer
We are having a fairly formal wedding, however, we are flexible. As long as you look cleaned up and nice that is fine.

Is there an after party?
Answer
There is not an after party planned, no.

Who’s going to the bachelorette/bachelor party?
Answer
Great question! With it being a surprise for us, you will need to contact Nikki or Cody to know if you will be invited to that.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! However, our bartender has been instructed not to serve to anyone underage, and to not serve anyone who is too intoxicated.

How late does youR wedding reception go?
Answer
The wedding reception will begin at 5 and end at 10. We will ask our DJ to begin shutting things down around 9:30 so our guests can be out by 10 within the venues contract.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
We are asking RSVPs to be in no later than October 1, 2023, so we can confirm with our caterer and ensure enough tables/ seating is available.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony begins promptly at 4. Please arrive in time to find your seat, and use the restroom if needed prior.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
If they are on your invite absolutely! If they are not, we are trying to keep the wedding on the smaller side due to venue accommodations. If you feel your date should be allowed, feel free to text one of us and ask!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes! The parking lot is right in-between both sites.
Question
Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
There is not. If you plan to be drinking, you will need to plan a driver. The venue is kind enough to allow parking over night for those staying at hotels to ensure safety for guests.
