Overflow
This wine and self pour tap room is located a short walk across the two host hotels! We will be hanging here the Friday before the wedding from 6-8 pm! It is a first come first serve, self seated venue that does not offer food so be sure the eat before you arrive.
Mad Miles Run Club
This is a run and walking club that meets three days a week! We will be doing the Saturday Morning WALK, on Saturdays they meet at Elizabeth park at the location above. It is a high energy experience, with line dancing, and lots of fun after. The start at 10 AM with stretching, be sure to arrive in time so that you give yourself a chance to park and so that you are able to start the route at the same time as everyone.
Hello Mẹ Vietnamese Kitchen
This is a recommendation solely due to its proximately to the host hotel, and we have not had to opportunity to try the food yet. This is a Vietnamese restaurant that is a quick two minute drive, they are open from 4:30-9:30 p.m. We have provided a link their restaurant website.
Sun Up Cafe - Mooresville, NC

Novanta 90 Pizzeria Napoletana

Florence Wine and Beer Garden
If you love Italy, this food taste like it comes straight from there! It sits on a nice little lake, has ample seating and lots of your favorite pastries and pastas. This is in Mooresville, in the same town as the host hotels and driving distance.
Union Church Charlotte
With our wedding being on a Sunday, we are sure folks would love to start their day in church. This is our church home in which we absolutely love. There is an 8:30 service which would allow for you to go to church early and still make it to the wedding. The commute from the hotel to the church is about 10-15 minutes.
Escape 109
This is an escape room about 15 minutes from the hotels! They have two different rooms to choose from and require an online reservation! If you love a mental challenge and games this would be a perfect spot to check out.
District 57
This is one of our favorite places to visit. It features laser tag and 30 interactive game rooms with different challenges. District 57 is about a 30 minute drive from the hotels.
Spectrum Center | Hornets Games
The Hornets may not be winning many games, but there is nothing more fun than catching a live game especially if they are playing one of your favorite teams! Check out their schedule if you have time. The Spectrum Center is approximately 30 minutes from the lodging.
The Pauline Tea-Bar Apothecary
This gem is one of our absolute favs that we love taking our guests. Ms. Sherri, the owner, has a variety of tea selections and the cutest variety of tea cups to choose from. It's a must stop if you have time! The tea-bar is approximately 30 minutes from the lodging.
Archive CLT
Archive, another one of our favorites is a unique coffee shop, book store, and overall a vibe! Tamara loves the refreshers while Derick enjoys the coffees. If you go here, you must check out the bathroom! Archive CLT is approximately 30 minutes from the lodging.
Tora Sushi & Bar
Amazing sushi, delicious crab ragoons, and a beautiful restaurant we frequent and recommend. This is not in the area of the hotels, and is in Charlotte but wanted to recommend in case you are in that direction.
Sarangi, Nepali / Thai Cuisine
If you love Indian food, this is a must. So much flavor, warm, and welcoming service. This restaurant is in Charlotte, not in the area of the host hotels.
