Check-In

Dress comfortably and get ready to enjoy some outdoor fun!
All guests are welcome to come for the day and utilize the venue amenities. Relax by the pool, play basketball, challenge your friends to lawn games, or explore the beautiful trail along Deer Creek. If you plan on tent camping, set up your campsite early so that you can kick back and enjoy the afternoon.
The Pre-Game
5:15 pm - 6:00 pm
Appalachian Formal (aka casual haha)
Before the ceremony begins, stop by the Pavillon to grab a a drink or two and say hello to fellow guests. This will be outdoors, so please be prepared for the weather and terrain.
Ceremony
6:00 pm - 6:15 pm
Appalachian Formal
A short ceremony will be held next to the Pavilion. Seating will be provided, but again please prepare for the weather and terrain. Please note: The ground here is mostly mulch, which may make it difficult to walk in heels. In the event that there is rain, the ceremony will be held under the Pavilion.
Cocktail 45'
6:15 pm - 7:00 pm
After the ceremony, enjoy light appetizers and drinks in the Pavilion before dinner is served.
Dinner & Dancing
7:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Get ready for a tasty dinner and lots of dancing! A delicious catered dinner by Little Havana will be served, followed by DJ Black Wizard spinning on the ones and twos.
Bonfire & Bonding
11:00 pm
Take off your dancing shoes and put on your comfy clothes to chill by the fire.
Quiet hours begin at 11:00 p.m., so head to one of the bonfires to kick back after all of the partying. Of course, all of the fixins for S'mores will be provided.

Farewell Brunch

For our guests that choose to stay overnight, you must check out of the venue by 11:00 a.m. Stop by the hospitality room to grab a quick snack for the road and say your goodbyes to the bride and groom.
