ARE CHILDREN AND PLUS ONES INVITED?

Due to limited space at our venue, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

Black Tie Optional. Women are invited to wear long gowns or refined cocktail dresses. Men are encouraged to wear a suit and tie. Tuxedos are welcomed but not required.

HOW DO I BOOK THE HOTEL BLOCK?

Answer

A room block is available at the Hilton Garden Inn Rochester Downtown from September 4–6, with discounted rates also available a few days before and after the wedding weekend. There are two additional courtesy blocks noted on the “Travel” tab above. Please book early due to Labor Day travel. Feel free to contact the Kheir or Eveleigh family if you have any questions when booking your stay.

WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED?

Answer

No. Transportation will not be provided. If you plan to rent a car, we recommend driving to the ceremony and returning your vehicle to the Hilton or your hotel prior to the reception. We strongly encourage carpooling or using Uber or Lyft services for transportation throughout the day and evening.

WILL THERE BE PARKING AT THE VENUE?

There is garage parking available for a rate of $10 per vehicle per evening.

WHAT AIRPORT SHOULD I FLY INTO?

Answer

Rochester and Buffalo are the two major airports we recommend. The Rochester airport (ROC) is about 10-15 minutes away from the hotels, church, and the Wintergarden. Buffalo Niagara airport (BUF) is about 1 hour away from the hotels, church, and the Wintergarden. We recommend renting a car if you choose to fly into the Buffalo airport.
