Dubrovnik is an ancient walled city that is a great visit in Croatia. Famous more recently as the setting for Game of Thrones, Dubrovnik has a rich history within its old walls. And it’s where Tamara’s parents met! Dubrovnik is reachable by a two hour ferry, so this is also an option for those staying in Croatia before or after the wedding. We would definitely recommend getting an AirBnB outside of the city walls and spending a night or two there, as there is much to see between walking the wall, the cable car to the mountain top, the Buza Bar in the wall overhanging the ocean, the many historical sites, and of course the iconic scenes from Game of Thrones.
