In May 2019, Tammi's search for love led her to Shadae's Plenty of Fish (POF) profile. Shadae's infectious smile and curly hair immediately caught Tammi's attention. Their connection was swift, fueled by shared experiences in Social Services and stories about their jobs and families. What started as an exchange of messages quickly evolved into an unplanned meet and greet on a Wednesday afternoon. Bonding over their love for the Golden Girls and entertainment, Tammi and Shadae felt an unexplainable spark of intimacy and trust. Tammi, enamored by Shadae, asked her out to celebrate her birthday later that month and the excitement was palpable. The unforgettable first date at Hot N Juicy, with Shadae answering the door with a huge smile, marked the beginning of a love story that would change both their lives forever. Shadae seamlessly became a co-parent to Timothy and Terrell, taking on the responsibilities with love, concern, and occasional annoyance, treating them as her own. The family shares a passion for travel, embarking on their first family Carnival cruise in 2022 and a Disney Cruise in 2023. The boys' vocal desire for more trips is met with enthusiasm from Tammi and Shadae, who dream of exploring the world together as a family. In April 2021, Tammi, Shadae, Timothy, and Terrell officially became a blended family, moving in together in Chino Hills, CA. Adding to their family dynamics, they adopted a pair of brother pet cats named Kenny and Hoover. Tammi's attempt at a surprise Las Vegas photo shoot proposal on 04/20/2021 took an unexpected turn when she experienced a panic attack the night before. Despite the hiccup, Shadae, ever-nurturing and easy-going, took it in stride, and the proposal went ahead as planned, bringing a touch of humor to the engagement story. Now, after five years of dating and being engaged, Tammi and Shadae are eagerly looking forward to celebrating their love and commitment with their closest friends and family members. The journey has been filled with laughter, love, and the promise of a lifetime together.
