Welcome dinner Friday 10/7 will be served at 7 however apps and drinks will be out beginning at 5, ok to show up whenever works for you! Ceremony on Sat 10/8 is planned for 5pm. We hope you have time to explore!
Western attire is encouraged, not required. Cowboy boots and bolo ties, nice jeans and sport coats etc. No suits or ties are needed, but please do you! Outdoor shoes are mandatory, will be walking up and down dirt road. Comfort and warmth are priorities once the sun goes down, highs are expected around 70, outdoor dinner in the 60's and will be in the 50's later on.
