After a lot of reflection, we realized that a small and intimate wedding feels the most authentic to who we are as a couple. We wanted our wedding day to feel intentional, meaningful, and low-pressure — centered more on the commitment we are making to each other than on planning a large traditional event. Our decision to elope is not a reflection of how much we value our friends and family. In fact, one of the hardest parts of this decision was knowing we could not include everyone in the way we originally imagined. We feel incredibly fortunate to have so many people we love deeply, and the support from our families and friends means everything to us. While our ceremony itself will remain private, celebrating afterward with our closest loved ones is still a very important part of this experience for us. We are deeply grateful for the understanding, encouragement, and love surrounding us as we enter this next chapter together.
Not yet but on August 15, 2026 we will be exchanging our vows privately that day.
