We’re getting married!

We met almost 5 years ago while I (Mackenzie) was working at Biolife. Ryan came in and was sent to my section of the center. I was thinking about getting a dog and was asking everyone if they had a dog. That’s when Ryan gleemed up at me and told me all about his furbaby, Colt. We had no idea that this would be the start to our forever. We went on our first date a few weeks later, where I thought he was ditching me because he “forgot his wallet in his car.” Turns out he really did and quickly ran back into the restaurant to buy me some frozen custard. After a few months of going on dates, Ryan asked me to be his girlfriend. Soon after that he helped me pick out my dog, Jax. After being together for a year and a half we decided it was the right time so we bought our first home. Shortly after getting comfortable in our new home, we adopted our third and final furbaby, Reagan. We were on our annual trip to the Wisconsin Dells in May of 2019 when what I thought was an innocent hiking trip through the woods to the beach, Ryan surprised me with asking me to marry him.
