Best Man
Alex Knowlton is a gentleman and a scholar and quite possibly a wizard, investigations are still ongoing. What is known for sure is that he is a good man of the greatest quality and has been a fantastic friend through college and at least the best parts of high school. Alex was the co-owner of the apartment known far and wide as Camelot and the co-host of many dinner parties. It is truly an honor to know him, and I am glad to have him joining us up there!

Maid of Honor
Liz and I lived across the hall from each other freshman year of college and she has been by my side since! Through cross country road trips (both planned and unplanned), college classes, living together, and graduate school, Liz is one of my best friends and I cannot imagine life without her. She is up for everything, loves exploring with me, and is an incredibly steadfast friend. Liz is currently in PT school and has been my go-to person for gross medical stories.
Miles Pokorny
Best Man
If you are blessed enough to have older siblings, you will often find that you measure yourself by their example first. Height isn't the only important comparison though. Miles is a very kind and driven man, and sets an amazing example for how to live out the important things. 25 years of shared life experience has made it clear that the things we share are far more important than the comparisons, and Talley and Jessie are just going to have to get used to the shared jokes and references
Abby Granzotto
Maid of Honor
I first met Abby our sophomore year of college right before COVID and to our delight, discovered that we both called Washington our home! We immediately knew we were destined to be best friends and decided to be roommates within the week. The years since have been spent camping, hiking, watching Monty Python, and long night talks. She is incredibly kind, an amazing listener, and my go to for life advice. Abby is one of my best friends and I couldn't celebrate our big day without her there (all the way from Michigan)!

I met Micah early on in college when we were all figuring things out and had the privilege of going through a lot with him, including many adventures, runs, drinks at the College Inn and a short lived snow shoveling business over one Christmas break. He has a knack for listening intently and then giving the most thoughtful answer imaginable, and I have always envied him for it. I could not be more glad to have him standing beside me!

I met Sarah through Abby Granzotto and we quickly became good friends our Junior year of college, and moved in together our senior year! Sarah is known for always having all the tea before anyone else, and being fiercely loyal, and I am so honored to have her by my side all the way from Michigan!

Josh is a gentleman, an artist, a musician, a scientist and a good friend. I met Josh early on in college and he was one of the people who helped make me into the man I am today. He is extremely kind and a true conversationalist, and he is always willing to listen about a new special interest or share one of his own. He is terrific at archery, and will be important in any quest. I am glad to have him standing beside me

Kendra found me sitting by myself on the very first day of medical school, introduced herself, and has been the main instigator of every shenanigan that has occurred in my life over the last three years. She taught me to enjoy Coors light, river floats, and college football. She is part of the reason I have stayed sane through medical school and am thrilled to get to party with her on this special occasion.

If you're looking for William on the wedding day, just listen for the loudest laughs and the guy talking enthusiastically about his friends or his pilot stories. William has always been one to follow his own path, which right now has him in Utah getting an advanced degree in flying planes, and making friends everywhere just like he has as long as he's been alive. As far as little brothers go, I am proud to have one who's driven and who has the joy of wonder always on his horizon

Katie and I met within the first few weeks of medical school and she has been one of my best friends since. She has always been there to provide some perspective while we are overwhelmed with school and life, and has served as a reminder that life only gets better the older you get. I am so lucky to have her as a friend.

Lee is Talley's high-energy, sweet, and playful cousin who has agreed to carry our rings safely down the aisle! We are so excited to have him there with us on our big day!
