We recommend taking the afternoon and evening to settle in and enjoy Careyes at your own pace. For dinner, consider making a reservation at La Duna or Shio Sushi—both just a short walk from one another. We’ll be around throughout the evening to greet everyone, say hello, and share a drink as we kick off the weekend together.

Remy invites the men to join him for an optional morning of golf at one of the most beautiful courses, where the fairways wind through the jungle and along the Pacific coastline with spectacular ocean views. The Four Seasons Golf Course is located about 45 minutes from Careyes and transportation will be provided. The cost will be approximately $250 per golfer including club rentals and food that will be provided there for everyone as well.

Join us at the iconic Sol de Oriente Castle to kick off our wedding weekend with a magical welcome party—featuring specialty cocktails, music, and bites to celebrate in true Careyes style. It’s a white party to start the festivities—think casual cocktail attire in shades of white, off-white, and beige. Flowy dresses, linen sets, light suits, and easy silhouettes set the tone for an evening at the villa overlooking the sea and sparkling under the moonlight.

Join us for our wedding celebration on the sand at the magical Playa Rosa Beach—an unforgettable evening under the stars and the full moon, filled with love, laughter, and dancing by the sea. The dress code is black tie optional with a laid-back twist: lightweight, colorful gowns for the women and dark tuxes or suits for the men are recommended. Men can choose a bowtie, necktie, or open collar, and we suggest wearing your most comfortable shoes for the terrain—or none at all—you might just end up barefoot in the sand!

We invite you to roll out of bed and join us back on Playa Rosa Beach to soak up the sun, swap stories, and recover with salty swims and good company. Later, we’ll gather for a final celebration at Lilo Beach Club to enjoy the sunset and one last meal together. Think bathing suits and cover-ups all day — we may even end with a night swim and a late-night hang back at the Sol de Oriente castle to finish off the evening.
