Travel Routes and Ferry Information
There are several ways to get to the Kitsap peninsula from the Seattle area. Please review google maps and ferry schedules to determine the best route for you: 1) Edmonds Ferry Terminal to Kingston- this ferry departs from Edmonds, WA and arrives in Kingston, about 10-15 minutes from the wedding venue and suggested accommodations. 2) Seattle Ferry Terminal to Bainbridge Island- this ferry departs from downtown Seattle and arrives on Bainbridge Island, a beautiful 30 minute drive from the venue and suggested accommodations. 3) Tacoma Narrows Bridge- this bridge connects the mainland with the Kitsap Peninsula. If you are coming from the airport or further south, this may be your best route. Please account for the following timing if planning to take a ferry: - Ferry wait times: up to 1 hour or longer at peak times - Ferry travel time: ~30 minutes - Drive to Venue: 15 Minutes (from Kingston) or 30 Minutes (from Bainbridge Island)
