Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation is arranged for guests staying at the Hilton Garden Inn. Two shuttle buses will transport guests to the ceremony venue, departing at 4:30pm sharp. After the reception, the buses will return guests to the hotel for the after-party.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We invite you to dress in formal attire and join us in celebrating our special day. Gentlemen, we recommend suits and ties, while ladies can opt for floor-length gowns or elegant cocktail dresses.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We recommend arriving by 5:00PM for our 5:30PM ceremony, allowing ample time to find your seat and settle in before the celebration begins.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! The venue staff will guide you to the designated Waterford Room parking lot.
