Travel Note

We know you are traveling from far and wide...

We know this is short notice, and we know folks are coming from all over. We care so much about having our people healthy and able to celebrate with us, and we cannot wait for an outdoor beautiful wedding in January. We expect travel prices to increase, so we recommend you book travel as soon as you can. We are SO grateful for you and your friendship, and we hope you know we totally understand if you are not able to swing it. We love your little ones, but please note, the events this weekend will be 21+ only.

Hotel

Zota Beach Resort

This hotel will serve as a central location, and it is where we will be staying! We recommend you stay here so we can all hang out with each other throughout the weekend. Please note, our transportation services will be picking up/dropping off at this location. Hotel block is listed above! If price is a barrier to anyone, please text me or Jonah, and we can help you out! We encourage sharing rooms and are happy to help coordinate that as well. For those looking to travel earlier, we have the block for the entire week so the code should apply!

Flight

Sarasota Airport

Sarasota airport has direct flights from Boston, Chicago, Denver, Michigan, New York, Philly, Pittsburgh, St. Louis, Washington DC (and a ton of others, but these are the locations that come to mind our guests are coming from). If you're city isn't listed above, check out the next section :) Sarasota airport is 20 mins from the hotel block.

Flight

Tampa Airport

You can also fly into Tampa and there are nonstop options from all over including Austin, San Francisco, San Diego and Seattle! It is a bit further at 1 hour away.

Rental Car

Transportation provided

We will provide the option of transportation to welcome party/wedding from the Zota hotel block, but car rentals aren't looking super expensive and there is parking at Zota! Sarasota airport is 30 minutes from the hotel block, and Tampa is 1 hour from the hotel block. We can't find good public busses, but if you can give us a shout so we can spread the knowledge!
