Is it necessary to book hotel accommodations?

Answer

We want every guest to have an unforgettable time at our Wedding. The Wedding venue is located in Hamburg, New Jersey Sussex County. Sussex County is the northernmost county in the state of New Jersey. The town is very dark at night and the drive may be quite a distance for most, therefore we suggest booking lodging accommodations for your safety and convenience. Please see the Travel section of our website for a few lodging options. Please note, the summer season is peak time for this area. You may want to make your reservations sooner than later. You are not obligated to book reservations at the hotels we've provided. You are more than welcome to search for other accommodations that may better suit your needs.

Is a deposit required when booking a room reservation at one of the Crystal Springs Resort hotels?

Yes a deposit of $50 per room is required at the time of booking. Please remember to mention the Johnson - Fields wedding in order to receive the discounted rate.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

To give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children. We hope you will understand our decision to make the wedding children-free, and take the opportunity to let your hair down and celebrate in style.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 5:30 pm. We would appreciate if all guests can arrive at least 30 minutes prior (5 pm). Guests will be greeted with refreshing beverages and light music to enjoy before the ceremony.
