There are 13 different room options, all at different price points!

We kindly request a down-payment of your choice to secure your room by February 1st.
Bedroom 6 & 7. Each rooms are identical with a queen bed.
Nook room. Has two queen beds and a twin.
Bunkhouse Stalls
The bunkhouse has 7 separated stalls and sleeps 4 to 5 people to each separated area.

"Misty" and "Luna" have identical room set ups. Both have a queen bed, and a bunkbed. Sleeps 4.
"Poka" "Thunder" and "Bella" all have an identical room setup. Each has a queen bunkbed. Sleeps 4.
"Star" room is the largest in the bunkhouse sleeping 5 people. Has one queen bed and a triple bunkbed.
"Patch" Room. Has a queen bunkbed & is the most private of all the bunk-stalls because the top is mostly enclosed & it’s the furthest stall down the hallway. Sleeps 4.
These 3 pullout couch are located at the top of the stair case in the kitchen. This is a public area & the the couches are next to each other
Grafton Ghost Town. A historic Ghost Town is located by the Oasis and has rich western history about the small town of Rockville. There is an old cemetery, the town school houses, & old pioneer homes you can walk through. Butch Cassidy & the Sundance kid was filmed here.
