The shuttle will be picking people up at 3pm starting at Homewood Suites (7630 Schaffer Parkway Littleton, CO 80127) then at Holiday Inn Express (12683 West Indoor Place Littleton, CO 80127). Arrival should be about 3:30-3:45pm depending on the weather. Ceremony starts at 4pm.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

March 1st please!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Click on our registry page for a link to our honeymoon fund, registry, and amazon list.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony starts at 4! You can arrive as soon as 3:30.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

No real dress code, but we're saying black tie optional! Don't wear white, but feel free to dress real fancy! Black is encouraged, as our wedding colors are black, gold, and green. :)

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Yes! Plus ones have already been factored in, but feel free to ask the bride or groom if you're not sure.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While our nieces and nephews and a few select cousins are coming, we are fairly sure your kids will not have a good time at our wedding. It is an open bar wedding, full of people, loud and uncensored music, and we'll be partying into the night! We want everyone to be able to unwind and have a great time, so it would probably be best to leave the littles at home.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We would really appreciate it if you kept your phones off and put away during the ceremony and just enjoy the moment! We hired a wonderful photographer and would love for her to be able to capture the day without phones impeding her view. Feel free to whip them out during the reception and while dancing and have a blast recording our special day.

Question

Is it an open bar?

Answer

YES! We want everyone to have a great time and will have plenty of drink options including signature drinks on our big day. It would be awesome if you brought cash along though, to tip our lovely bartenders who will be serving a large crowd.

Question

Do I need cash?

Answer

Drinks will be free, but we would love it if you tipped the bartenders. As part of our wedding reception, we’ll be hosting a Dollar Dance—a fun tradition where guests can share a dance with the bride or groom with a small cover charge! We’d love for you to join in, but most of all, we’re just happy to celebrate with you!

Question

Is altitude really an issue when it comes to drinking?

Answer

YES! Especially those of you coming from California, please please please pace yourself and drink water. We're a mile high up here, and the alcohol will hit you twice as fast. It's an open bar, and we want everyone to have fun and enjoy our signature cocktails, but hangovers are no fun. Drink extra water, and you'll be fine. :)

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is parking at the venue. However, we will also be providing a shuttle at a couple hotels so you can party guilt free and still make it back to your hotel at the end of the night.

Question

I have dietary restrictions. Can I check out your menu beforehand?

Answer

Absolutely! Our caterer is Bold BBQ. We'll be serving a few vegetarian side options, a few of which are gluten free as well. You can view their online menu here to get more information »» https://boldbbqcatering.com/catering/
