TALE AS OLD AS TIME

Nick reached out to me through Facebook to get to know me. As we talked more and more, we decided that we should just meet each other! After just getting out of a relationship at that time, I was nervous to really get to know another person and invest any feelings, but something about Nick felt right. The first time I met Nick was actually in High School through mutual friends of ours, but we didn't really get to actually know each other until the night he drove to CCSU to pick me up. We watched a movie and played some board games at a friend's house and when the time came for him to drop me off, I didn't want the night to end. I took him to the top of one of CCSU's parking lots that has a nice view of the campus, and tons of murals painted on the walls. Talking with him and being with him felt just right, so putting my emotional fears aside, I decided to go for it and fall in love! It's the best decision I ever made to fall in love with my now Fiance. xo
