We have a room block at the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton that provides a discounted rate when you reference the "Stevens Talburt Wedding Group." The cutoff date for the discounted rate and room block is December 16th. Please see the "Travel" page for a direct link and more information.
For the welcome party, we are requesting men wear collared shirts and pants. Women should wear cocktail dresses or dressy pantsuit/jumpsuit. The venue is right on the bay so we recommend bringing a sweater or jacket. For the wedding, we would love to see you in your winter best! Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. The entire evening will be outdoors so we recommend bringing a sweater or shawl. All guests invited to our celebration were addressed on the invitation. If your invitation included a guest, please be sure to add the guest's name when you RSVP so we can create the seating chart accordingly.

Your presence is gift enough, but if you are feeling particularly generous, we have registered at Crate & Barrel, William Sonoma, and Amazon. All of these registries have been linked to our website and can be easily accessed through the "Registry" page on our website.
Please arrive to the venue by 3:45pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. If you arrive after 4:00pm, you will be welcome to join us for cocktail hour but will not be allowed to enter the chapel once the ceremony begins. Thank you for being on time!
We have arranged transportation to/from the welcome party (Saturday) and to/from the ceremony & reception (Sunday). Transportation will pick up and drop off at the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton where the room block is. When you check-in to the hotel, you will receive additional information regarding shuttle pick up & drop off times.
The ceremony & reception site has ample parking. We have also arranged transportation from the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton to and from the venue.
