What Time Should I Arrive?
Answer
Please arrive to the venue and be parked by NO LATER than 3:30 pm. If you want to be an over achiever, 3:15 pm is even better! As soon as you arrive, give quick hugs to family and friends, then take your seats so we can start right away with the ceremony!

How Do I RSVP?
Answer
Please click on the RSVP tab and fill in your information! Next it will indicate whether you have a plus one or any kids associated with your invite. If only your name is listed, please don't bring any surprise guests that we haven't accounted for in our guest count!

Are Children Invited?
Answer
If your kids are invited, your RSVP will indicate that! Please don't bring your kids if your RSVP doesn't say anything about kids... hire that babysitter and enjoy your evening kid free! We don't mean to be the bad guys, but we are trying to reserve kid invites for those within the family, or young kids traveling with their parents from out of state. For the kids attending the wedding, there is a playground and giant field next to the reception area.

Is the ceremony and reception inside or outside?
Answer
They are both outside but there are covered areas! The ceremony is outside and the only area that is uncovered. In the event that there is rain, the venue has clear umbrellas that we can use to stay covered. The reception has an outside dining area that is covered, and the barn will have the bar, buffet, and dancing!

Is there parking at the event?
Answer
Yes! The venue is in a residential neighborhood on a dead end street, but as soon as you drive through the gate entrance of the venue (you'll see a sign for "Olympic View Estates"), you just need to drive up the dirt road and there is a giant parking lot. The venue owner will be in his golf cart helping direct traffic and parking before the ceremony begins.

What is the weather like in September in Seattle?
Answer
Let's just say, there is ALWAYS a chance that there could be rain in basically any month out of the year in Seattle... but good news, September tends to have decent weather! It's generally milder weather around the 70s during the day with cooler mornings and evenings. That being said, please bring layers because the venue is mostly outside! There is a firepit and some outdoor heaters for your comfort.

What Should I Wear?

Please dress in your favorite semi-formal/ cocktail attire! Dresses and suits are welcome! Most standing areas are paved so feel free to wear your heels if you so desire. We want everyone to feel comfortable at our outdoor wedding celebration, but please elevate your outfit choice a notch up from your basic "backyard bbq look."

Will There Be Beverages?
Answer
Yes! For the entire event, there will be champagne, wine, and beer served in the bar. We will have a 1-2 hour "his and her" cocktail hour immediately after the ceremony so please enjoy those beverages while they are being served! Outside beverages are prohibited! (Please don't get us in trouble).

Will Dinner be Provided?
Answer
Yes! Following the ceremony and cocktail hour, dinner will be provided. Dinner will be a buffet style meal, where guests can fill their plates as their individual table is dismissed.
