We'll be meeting at Les Deux Magots for a couple of hours to have a drink and relax! Les Deux Magots is a well-known Parisian café that artists and philosophers such as Satre, Picasso, de Beauvoir, Hemingway and more used to go to discuss their ideas.

We will start our day at the Louvre and then walk through the Tuileries Gardens. Afterwards we will be continuing our walk down the Champs-Élysées, stopping at the original Ladurée for macarons and pastries. Then we will take a short metro ride to Champ de Mars, a large garden at the foot of the Eiffel Tower. *Tickets to the Louvre cost 17 euros per adult and cover two days. We recommend purchasing tickets several days in advance.

We will be taking an excursion to Giverny to visit Monet’s gardens and house. We will meet at the Saint-Lazare train station around 11am (we will have an exact time once the train schedule for June is released). We will be returning to Paris that evening and going to Le Caveau de la Huchette, an underground jazz club in a medieval-era building once a meeting place for the templars in the 16th century, later taken over by the freemasons and now an iconic temple of swing featured in the film La La Land. *Tickets to Monet’s Garden are 13 euros per adult *Tickets to Le Caveau de la Huchette are 16 euros per adult *You can buy train tickets on https://www.sncf.com/en. We will be leaving from Paris Saint-Lazare and arriving at Vernon-Giverny. We recommend buying train tickets at least a week in advance.

We will head over to Sacré-Coeur, an iconic basilica at the top of Montmartre with some of the best views of Paris. After we will stop at Place du Tertre, an impressionist landmark, to peruse some local art. *Entrance to the basilica is free; a ticket to climb to the top of Sacré-Coeur is 6 euros per adult

We will meet at Canal Saint Martin, a picturesque canal lined with restaurants and bars. Then we will walk over to Parc des Buttes-Chaumont, one of our favorite parks in Paris. Afterwards we will go to Sainte Chapelle, a chapel with stained glass built in 1248 to house the Crown of Thorns. *Tickets to Sainte Chapelle are 11.50 euros per adult
