Here's what to expect on the day of:
Arrival - Even if you are not staying at the hotel, please park in the hotel parking structure, located across from the hotel lobby. Shuttles will pick up from the designated area in the hotel lobby.
If you plan to Uber/Lyft to the ceremony, please use "Nichols Lane, Castaic" as your destination. The residential Nichols Lane will turn into a dirt road.. That's when you'll know you've made it.
2:30 pm & 2:45 pm - Shuttles begin pickup at Hyatt Regency Valencia
3 pm - Ceremony begins at Nichols Cabin
4:15 pm - Cocktail Hour
5:30 pm - Reception
Shuttles will take guests from the Nichols Cabin to the parking structure after the ceremony and every 30 minutes thereafter.
