Maid of Honor

Danielle is my dear big sister. Sometimes I feel like I'm the older one from all the life/boy advice I've given her throughout the years and the fact that I'm nearly 4 inches taller than her. She's absolutely terrible at planning things, but she knows me the best so will be co-maid of honor to help walk me through our special day. She drives me insane, she's loud and inappropriate, but she's my very best friend and I can't imagine not having her by my side on my wedding day!

Whitney has been a friend of mine for almost 20 years now and is like a second older sister to me! She is the older sister of my best friend, Hayley, who was my original Matron of Honor. Hayley is currently pregnant with her first baby (yay!), but is due 1 week after the wedding and has decided it is safer for her to stay home. Their family owns the gymnastics facility I basically grew up in, and they have been a part of my life since I was 12 years old! . Whitney, being the amazing sister and friend she is, volunteered to take Hayleys place. Having Whitney standing by side calming me down, making sure my dress looks good, and taking care of the last minute details means the world to me! Their family has been such a big part of my life and I couldn't imagine not having them at my big day.

Kimberly and I became friends through gymnastics as well, and have been weirdo friends since we were about 15. I basically lived at her house and became part of her family one summer. We use to walk to the community pool singing at the top of our lungs and spent an entire day at a park taking "really cool" planking photos on anything we could climb. I don't think she's ever said my name properly, and will only refer to me as "CournyBaron" like my first and last name are one name. I bet even after I change my name she will still call me that.

Hanna Warren

Hanna is one of the coolest girls I've ever met. I can't decide if I want to be her or just her best friend. She could be wearing plaid pants, boys t-shirt, and high top converse and still make it look good (this was a real outfit she wore). Hanna takes me out on wine and cheese dates in downtown Long Beach and makes me feel like I'm the prettiest girl in the world. We first met through our gym when she use to be one of our coaches, she was loved by all and now missed by all since moving to New York. We instantly connected because she's just as weird as me and cries at every thing, also like me. I've made it my mission to one day become as cool as her, but for now I get to have her stand by side on my wedding day!

Kailah Ashton-Allard

Kailah and I met through Hayley as we were both part of her bridal party. She also did gymnastics as a young weird kid, but we never had a chance to meet until about a year ago. Kailah and I connected at Hayley's bachelorette party when we made it our job to finish a bottle of tequila and make friends with all the divorced women on the dance floor. Kailah is one of those girls that has so many layers to her that it just makes you want to get to know everything about her. She's crazy, she's fun, she's sensitive and cries at everything as well. Don't look at her during the wedding, she will make you cry. Do come find her on the dance floor because she's one heck of a dance partner!

Maria Mannanal

Maria (or Lupe depending on if you're talking to anyone in the Torres family) is one of Javier's older sister. She's the mom of the group. She's not like a regular mom though, she's a cool mom. She's artsy, responsible, but down to get down and take a few shots. Her two little ones will be our ring bearer and flower girl, and they're so cute they'll make anybody want kids. My first memory of Maria is when I met all of Javier's' family (and it was a lot!) for the first time at his college graduation. I went to go introduce myself to everyone and without missing a beat she immediately handed me her baby and said "here, your turn" and we've been homies ever since!

Kenya Hernandez

Kenya and I met through Javier and his family, she's lived across the street from the Torres family since they were little ones. Kenya is quite possibly the sweetest girl you'll ever meet and has the kindest heart of anyone I know! She's supported and cheered Javier and I on from the very beginning. We hit it off right away and always have fun together even though she upstages me with her dance moves! Kenya hid my engagement ring all the way through the airport, on the plane, and the entire way up the mountain where Javier proposed. His perfect proposal could not have happened without her!

Erica De Galicia

Erica is one of the most loyal people you'll ever meet. She's a tough nut to crack, very independent, but once you get to know her she will be one the best friends you'll ever have. Erica and I met at my gym and have been friends for about 3 years now. She was slow to open up to us, but since day one has constantly supported us inside and outside the gym. She goes out of the way to make us feel special, whether it's decorating our room with birthday decorations, booking random Vegas trips, or planning our entire bachelor / bachelorette trip! I am thrilled to have Erica's goofy and inappropriate personality attitude by my side!

Best Man

We met back in 2013 in Humboldt County and played on the soccer team at the university together. The first day I met him he said, "I'm going to show you how we drink here in Humboldt." Two hours and a bottle of Sailor Jerry's later he was walking around his apartment naked and peeing out a second story window. I knew he was my guy from that day on. We ended up being roommates after that fateful night.

Carlos Torres

Carlos is the oldest of the Torres brothers. He was the one that showed us the way, the right way to do things. He's always been responsible and very family oriented. He has a good heart, but don't get him mad because he will choke you...lol! He is the 49's biggest fan and has an entire room decked out in their colors and memorabilia. He will always be there to take care of you and set you on the right path.

Adrian Torres

Adrian is the second oldest of the Torres brothers. He's the funniest dude I know. If he's not running down the street butt naked he's wearing the same black Levi's, black t-shirt, and black converse he wears literally everyday...even to his own wedding, but with a blazer.

David Torres

David is the third oldest brother of the Torres brothers. He's the artist of the family, even though he doesn't like to talk about it. He can sing and play any instrument he picks up just by listening to a song. He's hilarious and out going with the family, but keeps to himself out in public. He's the one that gives everyone in the family their weird nicknames. Like the one he gave me...Tocino (bacon-because I was fat)).

Eulises Torres

Surprisingly, no relation. I've known him my entire life, but we recently became close just a few years ago. He's always supported me from day one in any decision or business venture I have, but will always be down to go out to the bars. He helped me plan and facilitate my plan to propose to Courtney, He climbed up a mountain, cleared the way, and helped keep Courtney busy while I got down on one knee. He's the one in the proposal video saying "you think we'd climb all the way up here for nothing?!"

This man is the nicest man in the world. He has never once hesitated when I asked him for help, he would take the shirt off his back to make sure the person behind him is warm. He's the quiet, but loyal one in the group. I met him my freshman year in high school and he was a senior. We played on the soccer team together. Once he graduated we lost contact, but he called me a few years ago asking about our gym, and he's been back in our group since then.

Juan Castro, the life of the party, the official DJ, the man the myth the legend! You'll never see that guy not smiling. Party with this guy and you're guaranteed to have the time of your life. We've played soccer together and against each other for years. To this day I still owe him a car wash for throwing up all over his car after Vegas, but since I was such a good wing man he decided to call it even.

Kenji and I met about 7 years ago at Humboldt State University during our college soccer years and quickly became good friends. No matter what we did from leading the soccer team as captains to partying together we always have the greatest time together. No matter where we go, what we do, or how long it's been we come back and pick it up where we left off!

Jojy is another one of those "life of the party" kind of guys! Before settling down (he still knows how to have a good time though) he was a successful DJ and dropping beats late into the night. He is the husband of Bridesmaid Maria and with the two of them together you are guaranteed to have a good time, and dance like no one is watching. Jojy and his family have done so much for us a couple and are somewhat like our "mom & dad" that we needed to have their whole family involved in the wedding-even their little ones are in the wedding! You'll never have a dull moment with Jojy around!
