FAQs

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding events are going to be adults-only, except for the little ones in our wedding party. This will allow everyone the opportunity to relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving your children at home so you can celebrate with us.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! This is a black-tie evening occasion, where we are asking guests to wear all black. Women are kindly being asked to wear a black floor-length dress, and men to wear a black suit or tuxedo. Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Harborside Chapel has free parking for the duration of the ceremony. Hotel Haya offers Event Valet parking for guests not staying at the hotel for $10.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! There will be a Welcome Party where everyone can meet and mingle on Thursday night from 8PM to 10PM at Hotel Haya in the courtyard. There will be drinks and light bites provided.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue no later than 30 minutes in advance. This will give you plenty of time to mingle before taking your seat. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

You can RSVP right here on the website under the RSVP section. The RSVP section will close after November 1, 2023. We are only able to have a limited number of guests, please let us know if you are unable to attend and we will celebrate with you another time!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! When filling out your RSVP, you will be asked to list any food allergies or dietary restrictions. If none are listed, we will be serving a duet plate of chicken and steak.
