The only recommended airport is Cancun international. Airport code= CUN

Absolutely. Your passport is required for international travel. If you do not have it yet please see our digital invitation that provides the step by step passport application process along with details about the timing of passport applications.

Answer

You can request to upgrade your room upon arrival but upgrades are based on availability and fee's will apply and upgrades are not guaranteed. We highly recommend you upgrade prior to arriving.

Do I need to make restaurant reservations?Do I need to make restaurant reservations?

Answer

The resort is all inclusive and only 2 restaurants on the property require reservation. The French restaurant and the Japanese restaurant. We highly recommend making reservation as soon as you check in due to them both being high in demand and reservations can't be made until check in and receiving your room number. Reservations can be made through the resort app and your personal butler.

As our wedding is Adult only all rooms in our room block are on the adult side of the resort and come with both a day time and evening Butler. They are there to assist you with anything you may need while on vacation (including running your bath water lol). The main form of communication your butler will use is "WhatsApp", please ensure someone in your room has the app downloaded on their cell phone prior to arriving.
