FAQs

The Wedding Website of Cajanique Ollie and Cornelius Louis
Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Please see the travel page on our website for recommendations. Being that this would be considered a vacation for most, you do not have to stay at the same resort.

Question

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

We did not block out rooms, so feel free to book a room where you feel most comfortable.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We respectfully request no children at the ceremony and reception, unless they are apart of the wedding party.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 11:00am. Please arrive an hour before the ceremony to get settled. No one will be allowed to enter once the wedding has started, until after the wedding processional.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be limited parking available at wedding venue. We encourage you to carpool or use a ridesharing service!

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

No! This is your time to get rest and enjoy the beautiful island of Nassau, Bahamas. Only the wedding party will meet briefly on July 7th for rehearsal.

Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

We will have a cash bar available at the venue for guests to purchase their preferred drinks.

Question

How should I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, go to the RSVP page on this website. Please submit your RSVP by March 8, 2026, so we can plan accordingly!

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests be mindful of photography during our ceremony. While we welcome capturing memories, we ask that you refrain from live streaming and avoid posting photos of other guests without their consent, as this is a private celebration. Some of our loved ones prefer to keep a low profile, and we appreciate your respect for their privacy. We'll share our special moments on social media first, and then invite everyone to join in celebrating our day, using the hashtag. NO ONE is allowed to take pictures of the wedding party as a whole. Professional photos will be taken and shared at a later time. #takeofftoLouis

Question

What happens if it rains?

Answer

Rain or shine, the celebration continues! Please bring umbrellas if rain is in the forecast.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding calls for island cocktail attire. Respectfully, we ask that no one wear all white. Ladies are welcome to wear elegant cocktail dresses, suitable for hot temperatures, while gentlemen should opt for light weight suits or stylish leisure suits. No shorts, or night club attire. Please keep in mind that this is a family affair. COLOR PALETTE: Sunset Views
