To participate in the wedding events, guests must stay within our wedding room block at Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos.

Our room block is available from Wednesday, September 22, 2027 through Monday, September 27, 2027.

What Arrival Date Do You Recommend?

For the best wedding weekend experience, we recommend arriving by Thursday, September 23, 2027 so you can join us for our Welcome Celebration and enjoy the festivities leading up to the wedding.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?

Answer

Yes. Guests must stay a minimum of 3 nights. Please be present for the wedding on Friday, September 24, 2027.

When is the final payment due?

All room reservations must be paid in full by July 25, 2027.

A $200 deposit is required to secure your reservation.

Yes. Complimentary round-trip airport transportation is included for up to two guests per room booked within our room block.

We recommend ensuring your passport is valid no later than six months beyond travel dates.

Yes. Guests may reserve their room at any time while space remains available in our room block.

Yes. Formal invitations and RSVP information will be provided closer to the wedding date.

What if i decide not to attend after booking?

Please contact our travel advisor directly regarding reservation changes, cancellations, and supplier policies.

Can i book directly through Hard Rock Hotel or another travel website?

Answer

No. To attend our wedding events, guests must book through our designated wedding room block. Rooms reserved directly through the resort, online travel sites, or other booking channels are not included in our wedding group contract and may not qualify for access to wedding events. Please use the booking information provided by our travel advisor to ensure your reservation is properly linked to our wedding group.

Should i book the hotel-only option or the hotel + airfare package?

Answer

We recommend booking the hotel-only option through our wedding room block. Please do not purchase airfare through the resort booking site at this time. Airfare should be booked separately. Our travel advisor may be able to arrange group airfare options if enough guests are traveling on the same dates. Booking flights separately also provides greater flexibility with pricing, schedules, and airline preferences.
