Taja and Ivan met on Facebook Dating in December 2020. Their love of food and drink led to engaging conversation online, then eventually their first date. 1st stop was The Dooryard, a pour your own tap-house that had just opened close-by. They shared stories and some quick bites before heading to their 2nd stop: La Cantera shopping center. There they did some browsing of the stores while sipping margaritas. The San Antonio Spurs were playing that night and Taja just had to watch her team. Their 3rd and final stop led them to Buffalo Wild Wings where they could watch the game with some cold drinks and hot food. It was a great night, full of laughter and conversation as if they’d known each other for years. Within just a few days, they made it official. December 29, 2020 they became boyfriend and girlfriend. Fast forward to December 29, 2024. Ivan asks Taja to be his wife.
