What food is available at the hotel?

The Fives Beach Hotel is highly rated for its dining options, featuring 11 restaurants with a wide variety of cuisines. From casual bites to fine dining, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Best of all, all food and drinks are included with your stay as part of the all-inclusive package. Please note that some restaurants require reservations in advance.

When should I book my room?

We recommend booking as soon as possible to ensure availability, but no later than NOVEMBER 1st, 2026.

Can I extend my stay at the hotel?

Answer

Yes, the minimum stay is 3-nights but Tais and Diego will be staying March 10-17th so feel free to join us anytime before and after!

When should I arrive in Mexico?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 1-2 days before our Ceremony on Saturday, March 13th, 2027, so you can settle in and avoid travel delays.

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes, all U.S. and international guests will need a valid passport to enter Mexico. Make sure yours is up to date, and it does not expire within 6 months!

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

The closest airport is Cancún International Airport (CUN), about a 45-minute drive from Playa del Carmen.

How do I get from the airport to the hotel?

Answer

Uber and other rideshare services are not available at Cancún International Airport. The most reliable way to reach the resort is by booking a shuttle or private transfer in advance. Tais and Diego will share more information on coordinating shuttles with the hotel.

What time should I be ready for the Ceremony?

Answer

The Ceremony will begin at 3:45 p.m. EST, please plan accordingly.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be outdoors. The reception will be in a garden but we will have a dance floor. Please keep in mind the warm weather and pack accordingly. In case of inclement weather, we have an indoor ceremony and reception space.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than November 1st, 2026. As we are coordinating closely with the resort’s planning team to finalize reception details. We appreciate your timely response and look forward to celebrating together.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your kids, we are only able to accommodate children of the family members named on the RSVP for the ceremony and reception. Please let us know if you would like to arrange local babysitting services for the celebration!
