Getting there
Flying: You can fly to the bay area (SFO or SJC), Reno (RNO) or Truckee (KTRK). There are non-stop flights from San Diego and LAX to Reno.
The drive: It takes approximately 3.5 hrs without stopping to drive from SFO to Tahoe City, and the drive from Reno airport to Tahoe City is about 1 hr.
Cars: There will be plenty of cars traveling from the bay area to Tahoe City. Let us know if you need a ride and we will coordinate it.
