What is traditional Hindu Wedding Attire?

Answer

Whilst it's encouraged to wear traditional clothing, you can also wear a fusion or western outfit. Whatever you're most comfortable with!

Will transportation be provided to/from the wedding?

Answer

All guests will need to organise transportation from and to the wedding events detailed in the schedule tab.

Will the events be located indoors or outdoors?

Answer

All events will be held indoors except for the Haldi Ceremony which will take place both indoors and outdoors.

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited space at the Australian wedding, we are only able to accomodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitations. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please refer to the schedule for all the event start times. Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to allow time for parking and mingling.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over feel free to take as many pictures as you would like.
